Compliant with ISO 6886:2004 Animal and Vegetable Fats and Oils — Determination of Oxidation Stability (Accelerated Oxidation Test), this analyzer automatically monitors oxygen‑pressure variations throughout the food oxidation process to achieve accurate evaluation of the oxidation stability of edible oils.
